great question!
I want to play the game in english as much as the next person, but I'm not really in a position to start serious work translating the game for a few weeks at least. If no one picks this up by the time I'm able to again, I'll translate. If someone else wants to handle the content update, contact me and I'll give you the tools I used to translate the menus.

I doubt that changes the advertised (as in look at the "features" section in the first post) no branching. The other 2 will probably just get linearly corrupted. The tag is just in error.

No. It hasn't been translated yet. The link in the comments is to the raw version. You can use mtl tools to translate it though if you really want to. Mtool is probably the best to use and it's relatively simple.
The game is very linear, and with how the extra content is structured there's no point in waiting for a save file. All I'm saying is, it's very playable without understanding.
Made a separate save for beating the evil dudes after getting the slut end.
