I wouldn't call the watchers the old gods of the north. They seem more like the many allies Lissandra sacrificed to win.

I like the whole Ascension thing. Nice combination of stuff like Hercules and Enochs stories with god kings and Pharaos. Picking a little bit of mythology from around eurasia and africa. Funfact: Mordekaiser = murdering emperor. It's literally german.
@@gilsai4990 That's true (and such a good meme :D ) but Ryze is or rather was a normal human being, the source of his long life is probably runic magic but other than that he doesn't seem to be "enchanted" like those mentioned above.

@@gilsai4990 Definitely agree. Tho I wouldn't be so certain about Lissandra. Three sisters are basically a legend of Freljord. Given that they believe Ashe is a reincarnation of Avarosa the sisters might have developed some "special powers". Afterall Serylda went on crusade to fight celestials, Lissandra went for the Void and Avarosa stayed to establish peace among humans. But if not for the legend, I believe there was a mention Lissandra can switch bodies, but I'm not 100% sure where is that from.
4 out of 5/6 world runes so he's done pretty well for himself. Not to mention he had to run across the world on foot remember, there hasn't always been tamed animals and carriages
I think the “Eastern lands” Humans first came from was Ionia since it’s the “first lands” and there were humans there to fight the sky giants. Also if the Helians were keeping world runes, would that mean that there is a large stash of them still on the shadow isles? That might bring some relevance to the shadow isles if Ryze or Brand tries to go there.
Well yes but it sounds weird in german. Like really weird. It means something like king of murder or murderous king if I had to translate. As I said it's pretty weird german

Maybes the place where ryze came from was where the ruined king ruled
I like the whole Ascension thing.
Nice combination of stuff like Hercules and Enochs stories with god kings and Pharaos.
Picking a little bit of mythology from around eurasia and africa.
Funfact: Mordekaiser = murdering emperor. It's literally german.
Hoooooly Heck!
Ryze is almost 1000 years old !!! :O
Yet during that time he only managed to collect 4 pieces (that we know of) of World Runes...
Lissandra, 4000+: "Hold my true ice."
Xerath, 2500: "Hold my seal."
Jax, 3000: "Hold my lamp."
Aatrox, 3000+: "Hold me."
@@gilsai4990 That's true (and such a good meme :D ) but Ryze is or rather was a normal human being, the source of his long life is probably runic magic but other than that he doesn't seem to be "enchanted" like those mentioned above.
@@adrianbiedrzycki9141 well, aatrox and xerath are ascended soo that's a perk but lissandra is, quite.. normal let's say and jax is ((probably)) kept alive by void corruption but besides that he is a mortal with seemingly no magical skills.
I am not first.. I am not early.. Just wanna say I enjoy your videos very much. Hope everyone had a nice Halloween, cheers!
Thank you for these vids m8.
What you're about to hear is the official timeline set in stone."
Rioter: Well, yes but actually no.
Is there any way of knowing where he got that picture at 2:24 ? Its dope and I would love it as a wallpaper :)
So you're telling me the language of the dead is literally german. I knew it.
what an amazing video
i am gonna rewatch this so mutch
13:11 so that means german is the language of the dead?
Yes 😏
Well yes but it sounds weird in german. Like really weird. It means something like king of murder or murderous king if I had to translate. As I said it's pretty weird german
Retrax CraEZy Morde ( Killer ) - kaiser ( King, Ruler )
@@freyja5210 so you're telling me Mord's a "Killer Queen!"
@@BurningLove73 damn morde be pounding bois then
She be pounding hard, she send emm to the shadow realm
Every Darkin video teaches me one more thing I never knew about. Kind of sad I didn’t hear Vladimir’s name 400 times this video.
I feel like the watchers are just trying to chill out, and Runeterra is just some annoying fly bothering them.
17:45 ITS TALIYAH IN NOXUS. never noticed that before in that picture.
Noxus have 3 leaders
US have 3 branch of government
Noxus = US
League of legends is the only game i know of that has a charecter that litterally lies about the stories…. Which tbh is kinda sick
Last time I was this excited was probably never!!!
Seeing this timeline and War of thé 3 Sisters is on thé timeline, Lissandra is quiet old. Like almost 9000!!!
