I'm looking for a game (japanese or western is fine) with Reverse NTR elements and Male MC. Now before we get too deep about semantics, I want to be clear that the Reverse NTR I'm referring to is that of VNDB's definition:

Looking for : Male MC gets stolen/seduced by a antagonist away from his gf/lover/spouse/love interest.
NOT looking for : Netori (MC steals/seduces a girl away from their lover)

I understand this one thread is old, but I've been in the mood for a search for others as well outside of the ones you mentioned. So I'll answer here in case it is helpful and anyone else also has some suggestions. Confession Game is one of my favorites, but you already mentioned this. 2 others I've found before that potentially fit this would be:

Trials of the Succubi The male protagonist has a significant other they are about to be married to (you can choose to have female fiancee or male fiance if you're bi). The goal of the game is mostly just to make it through to the end of the day without being stolen by the succubi you will be encountering. So if not obvious, this fits because you're ultimately trying not to be stolen or tempted into cheating. And it does have more than only succubi but I didn't want to put in spoilers. This is the main other game I've played that I can think of fits this definition.

The Siren's Song The key in this game is it has two main protagonists you switch between: the female protagonist and the male protagonist who are husband and wife. You play from wife's perspective one day, then switch to husband's perspective from the beginning of that day, then move on to end day event, and go to next day. Both the husband and wife will be given lots of temptations to cheat on and possibly lose their partner with other side characters when the story concludes if I recall correctly. This one questionably fits (as you might not consider it one) because you're playing the S.O. choosing to cheat, but when you play the other one's perspective, you can see them being stolen behind your back from the other characters if you choose to go a cheating direction (with one or both of them).

Games in this genre are very hard to find and I'd also love to hear if anyone knows of any others as well.

This one is visual novel there's no gameplay elements however you do have choices to make, the endings are quite good and the 2 Heroines are top notch especially the the black haired one.

This one isn't exactly reverse ntr, but there's a little bit of hint in some scenes. Basically there's 3 main Heroines here (honestly all of them suck imo) and the villainous Heroines (all of them are S+) are fighting them to kidnap the protagonist, each time you lose you'll be reverse raped by the villainous who defeated you, and if you lose three times to one of the Villainous you will end up with her (you have to lose 3 times against her if you win the first time for example and lost the remaining times you get a "bad ending", the 3rd time is the most crucial if you win in it, it doesn't matter if you lose the first and second time, and if you lose in it, you get the ending whether you end up with the villainous or the the bad ending)
The gameplay is meh tbh, but the art is gorgeous and the villainous Heroines are great

You're gonna need a walkthrough for this one, I did use one and I still don't understand how the game choices system works XD it's still good tho even though it can be quite heavy in some reverse ntr ending and give you a terrible consequences in some endings.

This one is very simple yet very effective, the writing is quite deep and good, and you just chose between 2 options throughout the story.

You chose a Heroine to fight with, the others will try to kidnap you since you have a special crest that can boost thier power, I think the game was meant to be updated so you can chose all of the Heroines, unfortunately out of 5 you can only chose 3. But all the Heroines has reverse rape scenes so it's fine.

you and your girlfriend ended up in a long distance relationship due to your temporary transfer at work, This one can go both ways: your girlfriend get stolen or you get seduced by a girls at your new environment, no need to worry the ntr is completely avoidable but you'll need a walkthrough for it, you can be seduced by the girl you prefer without seeing a single ntr scene, you can also keep devoting yourself to your girlfriend and maintain the relationship with normally.

This one has a side route where the Heroine yandere little sister get mad at you for dating her precious big sister so she decided to sleep with you in order not to get your fangs on her sister, it's mostly a joke route and it's not that long in the game but it's so funny I just decided to put the game here anyway XD

It's a Succubi, reverse rape, reverse ntr, BF game normally I'd be leaving after reading the last tag but surprisingly this was handled pretty well in this game the prince (protagonist of the story) and his fiancee are kidnapped to the Succubus country and he must defeat them in a contest of BF and if he lose he will have to marry the Succubus he lost to.
I appreciate the work the developer has pour in the game, each Succubus has an epilogue after losing to her and there's a lot variety for each ending, some endings are wholesome, some are bittersweet, some are straight up depression (Clear the Succubus mother has the worst ending imo she's a horrible mother! Even though she was my favourite one)

are there any games where you get to specifically choose (as a male MC) to fall, not because you lose / surrender but because you are corrupted and wanted to have sex with the villain (something like seigi no henshin no heroine :)).

sorry if I can't convey it properly since the line between choosing and surrendering is a bit grey, losing may also be regarded as a choice in part if you can do otherwise and do your best to win.

It's just that seigi no henshin / chimolabo hits different because it's your choice to fall not a consequence of losing or anything.

I'm not sure if "seigi no henshin no heroine" is a good example since even though it's true the game has multiple endings, they all basically end with you deflecting to the villainous side which kills the joy of the reverse ntr IMO. like... I want to have a choice here
but I can give you another alternative:

this is a game where 3 succubuses try to tempt you to sell out your childhood friend who is a transforming heroine, the protagonist shares his life force with his childhood friend, and the succubuses uses this to their advantage to drain his life force, strengthened them and weaken the heroine, after a while of donating your energy to a succubus, a battle of 3 vs 1 will emerge and you see it but the energy you donated to the succubus will be noticeable as she grows in strength. there are multiple endings and I couldn't find all of them the art style might not appeal to many but I came to like it after a while, it's quite a good and unique game honestly.
edit: maybe this might turn you off a little but these succubuses aren't evil (at least the blonde and the brown-haired one) yes they are technically the antagonists but their endings don't give the vibe of "the evil won" like seigi no henshin no heroine, the endings are kinda wholesome.

These games are gold, but the MC is quite a perv to begin with hehe. Do you know any games where the MC started pure or have a real nice pure gf (no sex before marriage type) and he was reverse ntred by the antagonist (possibly morally evil, having more seductive body than his gf) and he is corrupted and taught the pleasure of woman. Sorry if it's oddly specific kekw.

That's way too specific my man XD you do realise that this genre is super rare, like if you filtered the "reverse ntr" tag on dl site including the upcoming games all you got is 48 games and some of them are just patches. In comparison if you do the same for the "ntr" tag you get more than 3500 games.
The difference is ridiculous it's not even funny

Netoria definitely has such a route.
SoC might work, I don't know how it pans out but male MC is reluctantly dommed by a demoness. His wife can also be seduced, but you can avoid that / turn off NTR.

Well the first game was great, many hot scenes as well, one thing that could be better is the ending, that seems to end too quickly with no real implications on the girl heroine the protagonist was cheating on. Would honestly love it more if there's more conflict between the gal and the main girl, anyway this is a gem find since the game is not even accessible in dmm :<. Thank you once again.

I'm not a fan of that "ending" but still the h scenes are pretty good and has a strong feeling of reverse ntr

Yo, this one is another good hidden gem. Lmeow, how do you keep finding this Orz?

The battle is quite hard had to use saveeditor, some maze are downright a troll kekw. Sex scene wise it's quite dommy, but the reverse ntr is real where you get to have sex in front of the main LI and breaks her heart XD. Super hot! Hope we get to see more of these kind of games.

You don't say, the ruins in the desert were absolutely the worst, even after enabling the one hit cheat (it's in the game by the way) I was literally struggling with it. But nevertheless I would still say it was worth it in the end.

I like villainous Heroines in general which eventually lead me to the reverse ntr genre all of the games I keep have at least fraction of villainous/twisted Heroine or seduction elements. Hell, some of these games only have a 1 scene with the villainous while the game takes no less than 30 hours and I would still go through the entire game to get to it just like this one:

And the Heroine I sought here wasn't what you would call villainous or evil, she does have a twisted personality though and tries to seduce and get the protagonist after witnessing his strength.
So yeah I have a library full of these games.

Saki (the red one) is the main Heroine of the game but you're actually right, at the start of the game she starts as a Villainous, she and her team murder the protagonist's family if I remember correctly, but somehow Saki regain her memories and remember that she was the protagonist's childhood (not sure if that's what happens exactly but it's close enough I guess) so she decided to protect him at all costs which lead her to face her former colleagues.
The grey one is the most level headed of the group.
The blue one is actually in love with Saki.
The Yellow one is seductive type.
The pink one is a brat with anger management issues.
Also, while the game isn't exactly short it's not that long either.
