• Keep - He is notable for four reasons:

[1] - For being the founder and chairman of a notable company

[2] - For being a Fugitive Economic Offender and a fugitive from the Indian justice system

[3] - His case has been covered by major Indian newspapers such as The Indian Express and The Telegraph (India)

[4] - A lot of new information and more incriminating statements and reports have come to light since the previous deletion discussion held in 2020.

1. There is no indication their company is notable, even if it was notability is NOTINHERITED.
2. Being a fugitive does not make you notable.
3. BLP1E.
4. No sources provided, all that I see is routine news related to the 1E.

• Delete and salt: WP:BLP1E, WP:CRIME. All sources stem from this 1E, nothing that meets IS RS SIGCOV addressing the subject directly and indepth outside of the 1E. WP:CRIME states, "Editors must give serious consideration to not creating an article on an alleged perpetrator when no conviction is yet secured." Since this is a BLP, I think salt is appropriate to prevent recreation again.  // Timothy :: talk  06:59, 16 April 2023 (UTC)

• Delete. I'm all for naming, shaming, and blaming White-collar criminals, and have been on the record for that opinion since 2007. However, in all that time, that is against the overwhelming and ongoing consensus. WE have instituted strong rules protecting living persons.
